Three meal windows — breakfast (7:30–10:00 AM), lunch (11:30 AM–2:30 PM) and dinner (7:00–9:30 PM). Seating is on cushioned floor in the traditional pangat style, with tables available for the elderly. The kitchen uses A2 ghee from Gaudham's own Gir cows.
